We have enjoyed (and considered ourselves incredibly fortunate) to have worked with Nicky Kinnaird (Space.NK’s founder) on various projects over the years. We were therefore, naturally, both very excited and flattered to win the competitive pitch to re-think the user and brand experience of Space.NK’s online transactional business.The Space catalogue is vast, showcasing the very best beauty products from around the world. Our biggest challenge was how to fit the Space catalogue into a clean, minimalist, luxury design? This was mainly achieved through an innovative new navigational approach with particular attention paid to creating effective, attractive and shop-able department landing pages. The results speak for themselves, with trading figures already showing a significant uplift.
