Fortnum and Mason were looking for a fresh approach to its online user experience. One that authentically reflected the style, history, and unique products that have made the store a byword for luxury. We worked hard to understand the key commercial drivers of the business and the essential elements of the consumers shopping experience within the famous Piccadilly store. We created the user experience for the “bespoke hamper” shopping solution, which played a large part in the commercial success of the new site. So far the new site has exceeded expectations, moving the online business into profit for the first time.
