Bombay Duck

Two sisters created Bombay Duck with the aim of selling exciting home interiors products and accessories with exuberant style and quirky design. With more than one thousand exclusive designs and stockists from London to New York, it values creativity and inspiration, drawing from a patchwork world of people, colour and places. Our key challenges were to capture the quirky, creative and international feel of the Bombay Duck brand as well as develop information architecture for a large wholesale business on top of a standard e-commerce site.Our inspiration came from the brand’s blend of British classicism and Indian exoticism. It’s a place where traditional motifs from both cultures are combined, mixed up and re-interpreted in an uninhibited way. Winner ECMOD Best Design Award 2011
